  3. Refund Information: Once your cancellation request is approved, we will process your refund within 1-3 business days. The refund amount will be fully returned to your payment account. The specific time for the funds to arrive depends on the payment platform and bank processing times, so please keep an eye on your account activity.

Ⅱ.Preparation Time

After you successfully place your order, we will complete preparation and warehouse review within 1-3 business days. To ensure the quality of the seeds, we conduct strict packaging inspections on each batch of seeds to ensure they are dry and undamaged before handing them over to our logistics partners for shipment.

Note: If your order contains multiple types of seeds or if there are holidays or peak order periods, the preparation time may be extended by 1-2 business days. We will inform you in advance on the order page or via email.
